Hyperacidity, heartburn or acid reflux disease – whatever it is called, it’s a serious matter that shouldn’t be ignored. Get to know the natural remedies that will help relieve it.
Track and avoid triggers.
Write down the foods you eat and note how you feel after an hour of eating. If the food you ate is bothering you, you should remove that from your diet.
