At a country garden EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRES, we see our role as early childhood educators. We will work together with you, our parents, in guiding and developing your children into stable, well-rounded individuals in a fun, secure and stimulating environment.

a country garden EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRE, “Willow House,” was established in February 1996 by Leo and Carol Keutmann at 38 - 40 Drayton Road, Toowoomba. In 2003, Mark and Jane Naug formed a partnership with Carol and Leo and in 2004, “Jacaranda House” was opened just a few doors up at 52 Drayton Road, offering families the option of a Nursery in addition to all other age groups. Both centres have been purpose-built and operate using the same educational model. The owners maintain a working presence in the centres and are actively involved in the daily operation of our service to ensure quality and personal care are maintained to the highest standards.

The centres offer Montessori-based education in a welcoming and homely setting, for children aged between six (6) weeks and five (5) years, as well as outside school care for school-aged children.

We welcome families, children and staff from all creeds, cultures and abilities and expect our staff to be culturally aware and to embrace the diversity of cultures throughout the world in their attitudes and through the children’s programs offered. Whilst endeavouring to include various traditions and customs into our programs, an appreciation of the Australian culture is also upheld.
