We give our clients a hassle-free building experience, from floor design to the completion, When it comes to transportable homes the company is more than flexible. With a large range of floor plans to choose from, we are more than happy to modify a design to suit individual needs FOR FREE – nothing is too much trouble. Transportable Homes can be clad in Hardi plank for that country look or colourbond iron for that something different. All home designs can be finished off with a timber deck verandah. We will build any new transportable home and depending on the work load install it on your land in only 14-weeks,. .A and L Cunningham Homes will travel all over NSW specialising in all size homes, plus shearers quarters, bedsitters, additions to existing transportable homes – 1 to five bedroom homes.
COMPLETE SERVICING:
We offer a complete service from choosing land if needed to lock up stage of the house. We will organise all aspects of building the home, looking at organising all on site eg: sewer & plumbing. We will also offer a paint specialist to assist in choosing colour schemes. We also assist the customer with choosing carpets, kitchens, tiles & blinds.

All our homes are low maintenance as we build the homes to a very high standard so we don’t have to return to do any follow up maintenance
