Welcome to Abermain Bowling & Recreational Club
Situated on the fringe of Hunter Valley Wine Country between Kurri Kurri and Cessnock, “Club Abermain” is home to the Abermain Bowling Club hosting two synthetic all weather greens.
The friendly Club house has all the regular facilities – “The Heritage Bistro” which is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday, a bar with 6 beers on tap, TAB lounge, KENO, a pool table and dart boards.
Trading Hours
The Club opens at 10.00am Monday to Saturday and 11.30 on Sundays unless a function / bowls event is booked, therefore opening as early as required. The Club trades until required, so on many occasions we may be open to 11 – 12.00 midnight.
Visitors are most welcome to enjoy the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of “Club Abermain”.

The couple bring nearly 30 years experience in the club restaurant industry with them, and will produce a delicious array of Thai, Chinese & Australian meals.
The restaurant also caters for groups with Asian Banquets for just $22 or $26 per person and can also host all different kinds of functions, from weddings, conferences to sporting club presentations and family get togethers.
