Located in the stunning town of Stirling, just 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD in the Adelaide Hills, we are easily accessible in a uniquely quiet and tranquil location.

We offer Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Pilates, Meditation, Kids Yoga and Group Fitness Classes in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. We provide services to all people of all ability levels of every shape, age and size. Everyone is welcomed with a smile.

We also cater for school groups, corporate teams and sports clubs, including Yoga for Netballers and Yoga for Footballers as well as private individual or group classes on request.
