The chefs table
The best seat in the house! For groups of up to 6 guests the chefs table is designed to offer and interactive & personable overall experience. Guests on this table will enjoy the comforts of solid oak dining table completely customised and crafted for Amaru’s Dining room by Austaralian designer Ross Didier.


Private dining
Exclusive venue allocation of Amaru is available for groups of up to 40 Guests as a full or part venue buyout. Total exclusivity is on offer for larger groups of between 20-40 guests. Amaru will customise a menu and ambience specifically designed to enhance your experience with us. Menu options of a 5,7 or 10 course menu will be on offer for this option.
