Annabelle Chapman Architect Pty Ltd, established in 2000, is a small practice located in Eastern Sydney, specialising in residential design.

The principal, Annabelle Chapman, holds degrees in both Architecture and Interior Design, and has been a Chartered Architect since 1986. Annabelle has over 30 years experience, having worked on Heritage Buildings, Commercial Interiors, small and large scale residential work.

Our projects have included new dwellings, apartment fit-outs, alterations and additions, work on heritage residences, and retail design.

Annabelle Chapman Architect Pty Ltd aim to understand our client’s needs and to produce a built environment that is inspiring, and integrating sustainable building practices and providing client’s with planning solutions to suit their lifestyle.

Our practice undertakes residential work from small alteration and addition projects to large new houses. With an emphasis on good planning and detailing, Annabelle Chapman Architect Pty Ltd can provide living spaces to suit all clients’ needs.

Our interiors expertise complements residential planning and we incorporate detailing of all the interiors from kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes to light fittings, tile and colour selection, electrical, IT connections and home automation.
