David Horan is a local Master Builder trading as Ascent Building Newcastle. He provides boutique building services to the Hunter Region and occasionally beyond.

With 24 years experience in the building trade, Dave has constructed award winning homes for other builders. Since 2009 he’s been a builder in his own right. Dave project manages and undertakes much of the construction work himself. This ensures personal attention to detail and a quality outcome with low overheads. Maintaining open communication with clients at all stages of the job is his speciality.

Highly innovative in the use of both timber and metal and with advanced joinery skills, Dave can turn his hand to pretty much anything.
