Dennis Atkinson The Founder and Company's Managing Director has been involved in the building industry in Brisbane and now on the Gold Coast, for over 30 years. We are a boutique building company which enables us to work more closely with our clients to achieve a complete understanding of our clients needs and requirements.

The team at Atkinson Constructions are committed to creating superior innovative designs that reflect the individual client's requirements & aspirations. We involve our clients from the very first meeting, discussing "The Wish List' sharing draft ideas, through the excitement of sketches and preliminary plans to final completion, and handover, of our clients dream home.

Atkinson Constructions prides itself on designing unique homes to satisfy the needs of our individual clients. Sloping or difficult sites are no problem, we can create a design to accommodate the most difficult of sites.
As the builder and designer, Dennis Atkinson can ensure that the home is designed and orientated to maximize the vistas, the prevailing breezes and also to ensure solar access to habitable rooms is maintained where possible.
Our Innovative Designs
Although we do specialise in building on sloping and difficult sites, that does not limit our expertise to just this type of construction. We also design and construct houses suitable for level, flat or split level sites.
