Austagencies is essentially a management company for a group of Underwriting agencies.

We provide framework such as underwriting guidance and processing, centralised claims, operational support, software and database support, marketing and literature production, centralised compliance management, centralised event registration and management.

Austagencies has five offices across Australia, the main hub being in North Sydney NSW. Austagencies continues to expand and grow into new segments of the market.

Our Claims Service

Our centralised claims team, with a combined experience of over 150 years, provide exceptional and unparalleled claims service. We understand our main role is after a loss has occurred when the insured may be feeling anxious or frustrated and we take great pride in our excellent communication and claims handling skills during these difficult times. We strive to take prompt and immediate action when a loss has occurred and work closely with our panel of specialised service providers to provide our customers and their brokers the peace of mind they need.
