About Australian College of Beauty Therapy
ACBT is a beauty training academy that offers the latest training and techniques in beauty therapy and is located in Perth, Western Australia. We offer a wide range of courses in different beauty training techniques and also has a student salon where students apply their theoretical knowledge under the strict guidance of professionals.
The main focus of ACBT is to train students to enhance their skill in different areas of beauty therapy.
The main courses are
1. Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Laser Hair Removal and Microdermabrasion):
The Diploma of Beauty Therapy course is the highest qualification available in beauty therapy. It incorporates units in microdermabrasion and laser hair reduction which are advanced and latest techniques. The course is 12-month full-time programs.
2. Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Diploma in screen and media:
This dual diploma qualification package makes students capable to work as a qualified Beauty Therapist and Makeup Artist. It is a program that enables the student to be a beauty and makeup professional. The course is 12-month full-time programs.
3. Diploma in Beauty Therapy:
This course gives the necessary business and social media skills to set up a salon as well as provide a range of traditional and modern beauty services. It is a 12-month full-time program (VET Student Loans approved course - for eligible students only).
4. Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Spa Therapy:
This course package gives important skill sets in both beauty and spa therapy, allowing students to pursue a career in the beauty, health and wellbeing professions.
The course materials for the above-mentioned courses are online and practical sessions has to be attended on the campus.
5. Certificate III in beauty services:
This course helps students to provide a range of beauty services including nail, waxing, lash and brow, and basic make-up services. This is a 10-month, part-time 1 day a week on campus + 4 hours of self-guided online study at home.
After completion of Diploma in Beauty Therapy students can also pursue Graduate Diploma of dermal sciences from AACDS.

2. Microdermabrasion.
3. Eyelash Extension.
4. Spray Tanning course.
5. Teen skincare workshop.
6. Henna Brow.
