Avantii Caters commenced operations in mid 2011 under the direction of Nicholas Fioravanti with a very simple mission in sight, 'to satisfy a need to introduce quality cuisine & hospitality services to the sydney corporate market'.

Avantii caters staff have worked within the food industry for over 20 years, and thus have the knowedge and expertise to provide quality products and service. Although only a young business, Avantii Caters has quickly grown to establish itself as respected caterers within the corporate catering market.
