ABOUT AZURE
Opened in 2009 by owner and chef Christian Fogliani, Azure has become one of the area’s most respected eateries. Drawing on Christians 15 years working at Michelin guide rated restaurants in Europe and some of Asia’s finest deluxe resort properties, we offer a slice of Europe’s Mediterranean, with a gentle influence from South East Asia.
Our extensive and ever-changing international wine list focuses on showing off the very best of Western Australia’s south west, without forgetting some of the established and up-and-coming vineyards from all around Australia and the world.
Our focus at Azure is simply to provide, full flavoured Italian inspired cuisine with friendly and professional service, in a casual neighbourhood restaurant.
