Booking Procedure & Cancellation Policy

A booking deposit guarantees availability! The minimum booking deposit payable is the equivalent of one week's hire cost. If you prefer not to commit funds to your plans, you are most welcome to telephone us at +61 8 94308869 the day you require a vehicle to check our availability.

You can either come into our depot and pay the deposit over the counter; pay directly into our bank account (details below); EFTPOS facilities available; or use our secure online booking and payment button below. All booking deposits come off the cost of your car rental total but are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within3 days of your proposed pick-up. Cancellation more than 3 days in advance incurs a service fee of $55 and will be withheld from the deposit paid. Please be sure of your booking requirements prior to making a payment as no exceptions are applied to our cancellation policy!
