About Bauer Constructions NQ Pty Ltd
Together, Quinn and Janna Bauer have 40 years combined experience working within the construction industry. Both born and raised in Townsville, Quinn and Janna are true locals who strive to develop a close relationship with each and every client.
Quinn commenced his carpentry apprenticeship in 1992 following a brief stint of blocklaying. After becoming a qualified carpenter, Quinn continued to improve his skills and knowledge of the industry through subcontracting for local builders. Quinn completed his Certificate IV in Building in 2005 and obtained his Builder Licence shortly after in 2006.
Bauer Constructions was commenced in 2007 and enabled Quinn the opportunity to produce quality homes by completing all aspects of carpentry works whilst also providing extensive builder supervision on site.
Janna commenced her Quantity Surveying cadetship with a local Townsville firm in 1998 and graduated with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying in 2004 from Central Queensland University. Janna continued to work as a professional Quantity Surveyor and obtained an Associate level with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
With a desire to expand her knowledge, Janna also worked for a local commercial builder on multi-million dollar projects. Janna commenced working full time for Bauer Constructions in 2008 to manage the continual growth of the expanding business.
