Bauhaus West bar restaurant has a local feel that’s big on heart and flavour and not so much on German food! Although in an effortless segue we are introducing our inaugural German dish, ‘careful how you pronounce it’ Pork Hock. On the foodie’s strip of Enmore, near the Enmore Theatre, it’s the perfect place to drop in for a pre-show drink and bite to eat or a more leisurely meal.

Bauhaus West share philosophy is reflected in our menu with its ever-changing palette of flavours and east-west fusion cuisine. Taste and graze plates predominate with a smaller selection of substantial mains and daily specials.

Bauhaus' wine list has been carefully assembled to complement our menu with the focus on Australian and NZ varietals as well as some European classics. There are craft brews, cider and champagne too, and a funky cocktail list that includes both traditional and original concoctions.

Bauhaus West's interior is a nod to Bauhaus design principles. Clean lines, primary colors and vintage industrial lights. Bar tables and chairs create an easy space in which to relax with friends or family. Our rear courtyard, with its laid back feel, is a popular spot for a late night drink or snack.
