Bay Coffee Roasters emerged in 1997 and is now one of the most recognised coffee roasters in Sydney.

We focus on fairly traded and directly farm-sourced coffee that supports sustainability and environmental conservation, economic equality and social ethics.

We operate our own boutique roaster in Neutral Bay and also roast for an ever-growing wholesale client base throughout Sydney & NSW. Our online business has grown since its inception in 2001. One of the first on-line coffee retailers on the Australian market our business is dedicated to serving our online customers with the freshest coffee in the fastest turnaround time. We cater for single pack purchases for home right up to major corporate clients with the convenience of secure online transactions and fast shipping.

We operate our own boutique roaster in Neutral Bay and focus on fairly traded and directly farm-sourced coffee that supports sustainability and environmental conservation, economic equality and social ethics.

Our recently renovated cafe micro-roastery located in Grosvenor Lane, Neutral Bay has been a popular haunt since 1997 for locals who enjoy the coffee being roasted in front of them as they enjoy various origins and blends from around the world. We focus squarely on the coffee and offer a beautiful selection of ready to eat hand-made sweet tarts and breakfast/lunch options.

You can select from eight rotating different coffee blends or single origins to sample as a pour-over in-store or to take home for your own drinking pleasure. These origins change regularly according to seasonality and we always feature a rare and unique coffee for you to try. Our experienced staff can offer you all the information you need to achieve the perfect cup at home using your coffee purchase.
