Bayside Hapkido is a martial arts school offering Hapkido classes and self-defense training suitable for all ages, including children as young as 4 years old. The school emphasizes fitness, discipline, and self-defense techniques, combining kicks, punches, thrusts, sweeps, and both hard and soft hand techniques. Our training programs aim to improve fitness, flexibility, concentration, stress relief, muscle tone, coordination, weight loss, and self-awareness.

In April 2021, Bayside Hapkido opened a new, purpose-built facility in Redland Bay, overcoming challenges related to regulatory requirements and COVID-19 setbacks. We offer various programs, including full-time training, private lessons, instructor courses, and special seminars.
