The company is managed by founding Managing Director, Darren Lucey, who has been actively involved in delivering landmark commercial and residential projects in Queensland since the early 90s. The construction team is led by Construction Manager, Brad Anderson and Compliance Manager, Denis Nowland, whom have more than 50 years of experience delivering commercial, residential, retail and industrial projects throughout the region.
Blackwatch Projects has a permanent employee base of approximately 40 staff, most of whom are long term staff. This solid base of permanent employees ensures consistent quality in delivery from staff who understand the projects and the requirements of the client. The quality and focus of this dynamic team also promotes cost effective construction, which many larger organisations struggle to provide due to their increased overheads.
Blackwatch Projects limits the number of projects it accepts each year, which enables it to deliver on its promise of quality construction, timely delivery and customer satisfaction. A member of the Senior Management Team is accountable and in direct contact with the client on every project. The majority of Blackwatch Projects’ work is repeat business from a select client base which is a direct result of customer focus and professional delivery.
