Ben Davies Builder and Managing Director of Blue Goat Construction Pty Ltd. Ben is a registered builder with an Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction Management. Ben has completed many building projects, most recently a substantial 580m2 architect designed dwelling in Fish Creek as well and a three unit development in Foster similar in style and in the same area as the latest unit development.

Janet has a Masters Degree in Town Planning and is a member of the Australian Town Planning Institute. She has more than 15 years of experience in Statutory Planning and currently writes reports as a consultant for several Gippsland shire councils. Janet often represents clients at VCAT for planning appeals.
