Body Renovations was originally developed by Tony Skinner (the Head Coach and Owner of the business) out of frustrations with “traditional gyms” and so called “fitness facilities” that were providing their clients with poor training programming, little to no sound nutritional advice and a total lack of enthusiasm or motivation to want to improve!

At Body Renovations, our Personal Training and Group Fitness Training encompasses everything that real fitness truly is. We can help you achieve your health and fitness goals and get you in the best shape of your life in the limited time that you have.

Our Clients are not just numbers on a spreadsheet but rather like our own family, we have a great little community of members. New members are welcomed and greeted by all and every member is extremely supportive of each other through positive work methods.

Class sizes are limited and therefore everyone gets personalised attention and support in all sessions. There is a very real need to teach people the sound principles of movement, lifting and nutrition and the very best and most complete package is through Body Renovations.
