Boutique Stays is a relatively new Melbourne property management company, rapidly establishing a niche in the quality short term serviced accommodation sector. The business was established in January 2006, and has grown to offer many unique and inviting properties.

Our managing director, Bev Constable, started Boutique Stays having been inspired to provide a more appealing accommodation option for business travellers. Having stayed in many bland hotel rooms during her days working in the corporate world she longed to be able to open a window, sink into a comfortable couch and cook herself a quick meal if she chose.

We are ideal for all kinds of guests wanting the perfect home away from home - including families relocating to Melbourne, corporate guests in Melbourne temporarily for work projects, and couples or families enjoying a holiday in Melbourne.

Our homes and apartments provide so much more than a hotel room or standard serviced apartment. Many of our properties have courtyards or balconies providing BBQ’s and relaxing outdoor spaces. Our kitchens are all fully supplied with cooking utensils, and the range of pots and pans that you would normally expect in your own home.
