The creator behind Brain Waves, Simon Tien, pictured below, is completing a Master's in Mental Health and has a Bachelor of Paramedical Science. Simon has worked for training emergency service teams and teaching surfing to all walks of life for over twenty years. He is a passionate teacher and passionate surfer who understands life's ups and downs.

The challenge is that most people don't know where to start when seeking the proper guidance to improve their well-being which can make them feel lost and overwhelmed.

We believe that it is not ok for anybody to struggle with poor mental health. We understand what it's like to feel anxious and stressed out by life.
