Our Philosophy is based on the theories of Alfred Adler. We follow the belief that the basic motivation behind all behaviour is the desire to belong, to be accepted and to contribute. We believe that learning during the early years of life is critical for the development of the whole person. Our emergent based program reflects the interests of the children and encourages them to take responsibility for their own learning. Our educators believe strongly in children having unlimited potential and who are eager to interact with, and contribute to the world.

Our program has been enhanced by The Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, which describes the most effective ways for early childhood professionals to work together, with children and families to facilitate learning and development. These Principles are based on the latest international evidence about the best ways to support children’s learning.
