Construction & Building Design (previously Comley Building Designs) has been providing building design services to its clients for over 35 years.
We provide design services in both the residential and commercial sectors, and have experience in designing:
new one-off homes
dual occupancy projects
multi-unit developments
alterations and additions
factories and warehouses
retail establishments
office and retail fitouts
restaurants
Our dual focus of design and construction puts us in a unique position to provide designs which are both innovative and economical to build. We have extensive experience in designing new houses, dual occupancy projects, multi-unit developments, alterations/additions, factories, warehouses, retail establishments, office fitouts and retail fitouts.
Trading as a.builder, our construction business undertakes all manner of construction projects. We pride ourselves in being able to offer short project durations and frequently complete works within restricted timeframes, eg during the weekend and evening hours, so as to minimise disruption to clients’ business operations.
