About Cheap Life Insurance MiPlan
MiPlan was established by Personal Risk Specialists who recognised a growing need for increased access to quality personal insurance.
A study conducted in 2010 found that Australians are among the most underinsured people in the developed world. According to the report published by the National Centre for Social and Economic Modelling (NATSEM), 95% of Australian families don’t have adequate personal insurance, despite the fact 1 in 5 will experience unexpected death, accident or illness of a parent.
Unfortunately, the trend has gotten worse in recent years, due to the following factors:
Insurance is not cool
Even if your policy document had a piece of fruit stamped on the front page, we’re pretty sure you’d still rather spend your money on something else.
It’s not REALLY easy to obtain
As if insurance didn’t already face an uphill battle due to it’s lack of coolness, the legislators and product providers have done their best to exacerbate the issue. If they were filled with the same level of entertainment, the documents required during the application process, would give the Lord of the Rings trilogy a run for its money.
Everyone’s indestructible
At least most people think they are during the years it makes the most sense to get insurance.
