Co-Op Dining was established with the aim of providing our guests with an opportunity to experience a regional degustation menu, in modern surroundings with a non pretentious atmosphere. The menus are based on 5 or 10 courses with the emphasis on wild foraged foods and produce from Western Australian, passionate, responsible farmers and small family run suppliers. All produce is sustainable, organic or biodynamic and is premium quality. We do not cut deals with big commercial companies to lower our food costs, meaning the producers receive the price for their produce they deserve. We are always looking for new produce and are doing our best to promote the terrific food culture in Western Australia.

At Co-Op Dining we provide a degustation experience that is based on balance, texture and a healthy approach to modern fine dining. All the ingredients in our dishes are researched and well thought out to aid in digestion and provide goodness. We use natural ingredients such as stinging nettle and indigenous foods like wattle seed. Our menu changes depending on what is in season, and all livestock is bought whole and butchered in house so that all cuts are used and wastage is minimal. We also use traditional techniques of curing, fermenting, and making of all dairy goods. Our aim is to create imaginative and unique food that we are passionate about and have pride in.
