COADS was founded in 1996 by Angelo Di Stefano. The business started as a hobby for Angelo, who was developing PC computer applications for small businesses. Within the first 5 years of operation, COADS began to partner with small to medium-sized business clients by providing tailored Accounting software solutions. Following the successful establishment of the business, COADS expanded further, resulting in the birth of the Accounting Service division, known today as COADS Partners and headed up by Simon Di Stefano.
