Codia Marketing began in 2008 with one client, one desktop computer and a team of two with a burning desire to find and work with clients who shared the marketing vision.

Our services at the time were based on a simple belief that marketing was an essential component of all good businesses – or business that wanted to do consistently well. Initially we provided marketing consulting and telemarketing services and expanded from this into telemarketing training, running workshops with clients and their telemarketing teams.

Our emphasis all along has been to add value to our customer’s marketing initiatives and turn their visions into reality. Initially we provided graphic design and website development but our real opportunity was to find ways for adding value through to defining strategic market positions for our clients rather than just creating colourful designs that added to surrounding communication clutter.

Offering these new services initially required us to outsource, but we soon grew to employ our own in-house graphic designer together with a web design specialist to meet the increasing demands of our clients for effective marketing.
