Coffee Thyme uses "TOBY'S ESATE Woolloomooloo" blend which is based on an aged (monsooned) Indian bean.Flavours of spice, earth and cocoa.

Every week we have a different single origin coffee from around the world for coffee loves to try a fresh, new flavor.

Coffee Thyme, located centrally in Thornlands, is a fantastic dining experience. Coffee Thyme prides itself on having a menu that is tasty, fresh and inviting.

We use the best ingredients sourced locally whenever possible and our prices and large serving sizes make eating out affordable and value for money, no matter the size of your party.

For something lighter we offer a range of coffee, tea, cold drinks and cakes. Our tea is served in the pot and our coffee is exceptionally high quality but affordable. We work hard to ensure our ingredients are of the finest quality and we make our food’s presentation as beautiful as it tastes.
