Coffs Property - helping people sell their property & businesses from Red Rock to Repton & up to the mountains! Specialising in the mature age community, we have been helping people sell their real estate and business ventures since 1977! There are only ‘grown ups’ at coffsproperty! There’s no-one on staff who is under 50 years of age.
We have the experience to design for you a solution to suit your circumstances. As part of our on-going service to the mature aged community, a 10% discount on our residential selling fee is available to bona fide holders of their State Seniors Card, the Coffs Harbour Golf Club, the Ulysses Motorcycle Club or 2 Air FM Member.
John F Sercombe (JFS) is the only person who has been a Fellow of the REIA on the North Coast, an agent who commenced practice in 1973. He was also the only person on the North Coast who was Accredited by the REINSW in Residential Sales, Auctioneering, Business Brokerage & Property Management!
Having been a Board Member of the REINSW in the 1990's, today, JFS is an active Board Member of the Estate Agent’s Co-Operative (eAC) & have lectured in Agency Practice for 25 years.
This firm is the longest continually run estate agency in the Coffs Harbour district - founded in 1977. We were also one of the longest established firms in the R&W Network as well - between September 1984 & April 2011.
