Manny Conditsis, Michal Mantaj and Natasha Konic are NSW Law Society Accredited Specialists in Criminal Law. To become this qualified, legal practitioners have to pass through a complex, independent and objective accreditation process. It recognises them to have a higher level of expertise than an ordinary lawyer or solicitor representing criminal law clients.

Once recognised as an Accredited Specialist, the lawyer must demonstrate that their speciality makes up a substantial part of their work. They also need to maintain a high level of continuing professional development by participating in seminars, conferences and workshops.
