Crestwood Family Practice is a privately owned General Practice established over 35 years ago. CFP is a boutique medical practice, now in its current modern and purpose-built premises in Bella Vista. The practice offers high-quality, comprehensive, and holistic family medicine supported by a keen set of doctors and nurses all committed to genuine care. We are fully computerized, fax-less, and well equipped with daily nursing support, on-site pathology, neighboring radiology, and allied health support. Although we are a privately billing practice; pensioners, DVA card holders, and children less than 16 years of age are routinely bulk-billed directly to Medicare. Students and concession card holders are discounted.
