Interior designed by famous architect, the restaurant interior has been conceived as an elegant portrait, subtle – inspired and modern, yet mindful of tradition This five-star restaurant focuses most of its menu around seafood.

The seafood dishes range from salt and pepper jumbo oysters to the more unusual wok stir fried salty egg yolk lobster and classic steamed live fish with ginger. This mix of traditional and contemporary extends to the rest of the menu which features both enduring dishes such as Peking Duck and more modern interpretations.
