Dandelion’s menu is a very personal showcase of Vietnamese cuisine.

A rich and diverse cuisine that exhibits a wonderfully intoxicating combination of the raw and the cooked, the hot and the cold, the sweet and sour. Light, fresh and healthy, dishes to be savoured and dishes to be shared.

At Dandelion we welcome group bookings at our family table, seating up to 16 guests. For 10 or more guests we are pleased to offer the following menus.

We have four distinct formats for our tasting menus featured here. If you have preferences or dietary requirements we are happy to modify the menus to suit you.
Wine and beer flights are also matched with these menus.

Due to the varying number of dishes all guests must dine from the same menu.
