Originally from Denmark the founders of Danish Red, Jeanette and Ole Sorensen, are passionate about their furniture; it's in their blood. Jeanette, the daughter of a Danish furniture maker, met Ole, a skilled craftsman, in Australia where they have since raised their family.

With a discerning eye for superior quality and strong connections in Denmark, Jeanette and Ole carefully acquire original pieces and ship them to Melbourne.
