Established in 1990, Danny Smith Professional Building Services has established itself in Newcastle as a market leader both commercial and residential building services. As a locally owned and operated family business, we can undertake additions and alterations, as well as completely new builds.

And although we focus on prestige architecturally-designed homes and renovations, we are also experts when it comes to maintenance and scheduled work for many local commercial buildings. Repairs are no problem either, with the June 2007 storm leading us to complete many insurance repairs. Whilst we specialise in custom renovations of residential properties, a large amount of our customer base is commercial properties requiring maintenance and/or refurbishment.
