Dolphin House Washing

13 years professional experience.

There are some stains that are difficult or not possible to remove in a normal wash, like calcium, rust, cement, paint, rising salt, oil stains etc.

However i always do my best and these stains (if any) will, in most cases, be pointed out and explained.

All care & safe precautions are adopted at all work sites, sometimes necessitating the installing of saftey equopitment, ropes, barriers etc. I (as the operator) have a duty of care to all persons and property within the work area and in most cases it is simple common sense.

However, all persons within or approaching work area should be aware of risks and inform operator of any potential hazards and risks ‘ reasonably’ known to them. I.E. potential risks of electrocution or areas of property subject to flooding and or water leakage etc.Payment is usually requested upon completion of work subject to your complete satisfaction
