Our History

Drake & Associates has been established since 1995, when the principal Solicitor established the Legal Practice in its present location.
In 1996, we established our Conveyancing business, after identifying the community need to establish an affordable service focussed on conveyancing.
Our Mercantile Agency was established in 2005, to provide a boutique service offering debt collection and other mercantile services.


Our Mission/Vision

Both the Conveyancing and Mercantile Agency were established to offer these services at a reasonable cost. They have the advantage of being backed by full legal support of the Drakegroup. This means that you as our client receive this advantage of immediate legal advice.
On many occasions, legal problems overlap. Your sale or purchase may need legal advice that you can't get from a licensed Conveyancer, who does not have the skill or knowledge, or, the right to provide this advice.
