E&E Waste is a locally owned and family run business of over 20 full-time and 15 part-time staff, owned and operated by Shane McGuire. Although E&E Waste was officially started in 2002, Shane has been serving the people of Goondiwindi since 1986 and is actively involved in local and regional clubs and community events with his partner Paula.

Shane’s sons, Luke and Ned both work in the business, Luke as Operations Manager and Ned is currently learning the ropes in various roles. Most of the staff have been with Shane for many years and are virtually part of the family.

Shane has invested in a large fleet of reliable vehicles and equipment, to ensure that E&E provides a reliable service to the people of Goondiwindi and surrounding districts. E&E is a customer oriented business that is focused on providing an economical and efficient service.
