At Eugenius the kitchen is very small but you will be amazed at the varierty of dazzling dishes we can produce. Our emphasis is on freshness and integrity of ingredients. Eugenius is control freaks when it comes to sauces and garnishes so we make them ourselves. Our Sriracha type chilli sauce is a prize winner, and our kasundi and relishes are equally favoured.You can find a link to our products which are available for sale here. As we like to eat healthily ourselves you won't find a lot of fat in our cooking. Eugenius use free range and organic produce as much as we can.

In terms of flavours, Eugenius is influenced by Asian and Moroccan styles. Asian for the clean, fresh, colourful and Moroccan for the slow coooking, exotic spices and interesting textures. Not only that but we make our own tortillas which when wrapped around fillings such as our spicy Mexican black beans make for a terrific meal. Salads are are a speicality.
