Welcome to Faulconbridge Health Centre. Our aim is to work with our patients and allied health providers to ensure the most comprehensive service possible, delivered in a comfortable and friendly environment.

All the doctors in this practice have satisfied the training requirements of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and are on the General Practice Vocational Register, to signify their commitment to continuing medical education.

This practice is a Training Practice, dedicated to the post-graduate teaching of future General Practitioners. It is accredited by AGPAL and is an “AMA Ethical Practice”.

Faulconbridge Health Centre opened in July 2007. We serve a large section of the local population in the areas of Faulconbridge, Springwood and surrounds.

FHC is a General Practice, looking after our patients through every stage of life from maternity and early childhood right through to centenarians! We aim to work with our patients to enable them to be informed and aware and able to make the best choices for them at every stage of life.

FHC is an accredited GP registrar training practice, helping to usher in the next generation of GP's.
