In the 1980s we identified the fact that a number of people were suffering from psychological injuries as a result of their employment. We brought these claims, which were then considered novel, to the Courts and were successful in having psychological claims accepted as valid work injuries.

The firm also successfully ran the first claim for a person who had suffered a heart attack in the course of their employment.
