One of Wayne’s specialties is "the theatre of food" whereby the final preparation and cooking process is presented in view of guests. eg. a tapas event could include spectacular charcoal brassiers cooking a variety of international delicacies, spit roasts, food stations including oyster shucking, sushi & sashimi bar, paella cooking … just to mention a few!
