New dish on the menu, King Salmon with zucchini and pickled diakon. Welcome to Foveaux St Dining Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm. Bookings preferred but walk-ins very welcome too!

Deli Wine Bar is a bunker style bar downstairs from Foveaux St Dining with sandstone walls, funky 90s tunes and relaxed service.

We offer 15 different cheeses and charcuterie in 50g portions, as well as snacks to be washed down with an international selection of wine … including everything on the in-room dining menu we now offer for guests of our new neighbours Hotel 57 – a great boutique hotel that we’re really proud to be affiliated with.

That means we’re now serving up a great burger, our delicious Foveaux Fried Chicken (aka FFC) and plenty of other great bar snacks.

Of course, bars are all about the locals so we’ve teamed up with the gobsmackingly good local brewers Sydney Brewery Company … whose amazing Surry Hills Pils is now available to locals with a burger combo for just $16 every night (Tuesday to Saturday). Get out of the cold and get that into you, we say.
