Franklin is a restaurant and bar in Hobart offering an extensive selection of menu and drinks. Our food changes daily and focuses on locally sourced produce – some of which we forage for ourselves. On one day, we might warm your cockles (literally) and serve with aioli, while others, we’ll take a more figurative route with raw kingfish and dried saltbush, nuts roasted in animal fat, or uni with leek and nasturtium leaf.
