At the heart of the design philosophy at GEPDC is the committment to lightweight, affordable housing that minimises environmental impact. Sound design principles underscore innovative use of materials in a continual refining of serene and livable domestic spaces. We are currently working on a series of standardised house plans that cater to a specific budget. Clients requests for modifications are welcomed within the allotted cost restraints of the particular plans.
