Established in 1990 as a home based company, Galaxy Plumbing started servicing the needs of the local residential and business community. It was named after the Ford Galaxie, one of which was bartered with a customer in return for plumbing work. Galaxy Plumbing has since grown into a major competitor in responsive emergency plumbing maintenance.

In 2001 Galaxy Plumbing became a privately owned company under the name Galaxy Plumbing (Qld) Pty Ltd. The company now employs 18 staff servicing approximately 4000 customers per year while covering the greater Brisbane region including, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich and Redcliffe. We have a team of highly skilled professionals working to provide superior standards of plumbing expertise and customer service.

We provide plumbing solutions for new homes and commercial properties as well as established home renovations. We run a maintenance section which can fulfil the maintenance needs for home and business owners, and a Household Sewage Treatment Section, servicing HSTPs, septic tanks, rainwater tank plumbing, and pumps.

Our plumbers and supervisors are supported by our office staff, delivery staff and machine operators. The office staff includes administration, estimating and contracts administration. We consider our team to be our biggest asset, with some of our team having completed their apprenticeship with us and become fully licenced plumbers. They have become an integral part of our business and have continued on with us to help our customers. All licenced tradesmen undergo continual professional development including technical skills upgrades, customer service and product training.

We have a dedicated scheduling team ready to take your details and help you with your enquiry. We use computerised scheduling systems – all our vehicles are tracked by satellite navigation which means that we can direct our plumbers to you on time anywhere in the greater Brisbane region including, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich and Redcliffe.
