About Geoff Norwood Homes
Geoff Norwood Homes is a family owned building company based in Buninyong, Victoria. Working in all surrounding towns from Meredith to Learmonth, Durham Lead to Gordon and Ballarat & Buninyong.
Geoff Norwood is a registered building practitioner registration no. DBU 25565 and a member of the HIA. At Geoff Norwood Homes all work is carried out using qualified trades people. All our jobs are insured and we offer a complete building service in all aspects of the Domestic trade.
With over 20 years experience in the building industry, Geoff Norwood started his apprenticeship in carpentry in 1992, building in the domestic housing industry, with a 4 year apprenticeship completed. He then went on to work as a subcontractor for a further 10 years, working on a huge variety of works from new homes through to renovating 140 year old houses. With a love of building Geoff started his own building company in 2006 where he continues working on the tools to this day.

At Geoff Norwood Homes building your home is never stressful, All of our new homes are built to your own design we can guide you in having your plans drawn. We are more than happy to obtain all council and building permits for your new home and guide you in making your dream reality.
At Geoff Norwood homes you will be in complete communication with the builder Geoff from start to finish and you are not locked out of your house during the construction.
EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONS
All our extensions are built taking care of your needs, we try to keep your house liveable and keep the dust to a minimum so you can still go on with your normal daily life, with the least amount of inconvenience while the building/construction goes along around you.
Our aim when renovation or extending is to match as much of the new works with the existing house so that the finished result looks like it has always been there, we take pride in keeping your job site a clean and safe environment.
