GMS Elevator Services began manufacturing custom elevator equipment and hydraulics. GMS has grown from a small family business to a thriving independent elevator company with over 30 employees. Through the years, GMS has continued to outlinGMS Elevator Services has a long history in the vertical transportation industry spanning four generations. GMS Elevator Services was originally founded in 1987 by G. Mathew Simpkins, Pamela Simpkins, and Gordon Simpkins and incorporated in 1992. In 2003, GMS Elevator was pleased to introduce the fourth generation elevator mechanic Nathen Simpkins to the company.
